Shambles PvE uses a set of dynamic world events that appear at random, pre-determined locations across the map. These events reward exploration and can provide anything from early-game supplies to high tier military loot.
There are two types of helicopter wrecks: the American UH-1Y-Venom crashes and the Soviet MI-8 crashes.
Crash sites are a source of high tier military loot and are usually guarded by 3–7 military infected. Fresh spawns create a loud explosion that can be heard from several kilometers away.
There are 3 different types of crates: Civilian, Medical and Military. Each type of crate spawns loot from its respective loot category.
Wrecked trains spawn randomly at pre-determined locations. They can appear as civilian or military variants, with the military versions painted in classic camo.
Civilian trains spawn loot relative to their natural spawn tables.
Police checkpoints are good early-game events. They can spawn pistols, ammunition, police clothing and tactical items while staying lower risk than most military areas.
Military convoys contain modest amounts of military loot, with some capable of spawning high tier military equipment. They appear randomly at predetermined locations.
